Yes, you will receive a preview with photos and a video for approval. Revisions can be requested at that stage.
You will receive two follow-up emails within 48 hours. If there is still no response, we will proceed to finalize and ship your painting. At that point, refunds and cancellations are no longer possible.

We offer White, Black, Black & Silver, and Black & Gold wooden frames.
No, framing is an additional cost. However, shipping is always free, regardless of whether the painting is framed or rolled.
Yes, all framed paintings arrive ready to hang.
Yes, rolled canvas is available and ships without a frame.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 30 days of receiving your order. Custom orders are not eligible for return.
Yes, we cover return shipping. VAT and duties are not included in the refund.
Email us at info@paintedforever.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send a return slip and instructions.
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned painting.
Please notify us within 48 hours. We will repair the damage or create a new painting at no charge.
We will replace the frame or refund the frame portion of the order promptly.
Priority shipping is refundable only if delayed. Extra packaging is refundable only if the artwork arrives damaged.
No, we cannot refund VAT or duty charges if you declined to pay them during delivery.
You may return it within 30 days for a full refund. We also offer free revisions before shipment to make sure you're satisfied.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we ship globally for free.
Shipping times vary by region: US/EU: 1�3 business days, AU/NZ: 2�4 days, rest of world: 2�5 days. Creation takes 20�25 business days.
We use DHL Express for framed paintings and FedEx/UPS Express for rolled canvases.
Yes, you will receive tracking details once your order ships.
Yes, as long as the painting has not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Delays due to customs are beyond our control. Buyers are responsible for applicable duties or taxes (except in the UK).
We fully insure all shipments. If your painting is lost, we will remake it at no additional cost.
